Easter Brunch Buffet

French Toast & Waffles

 For all the fans of Thick Sliced French Toast and Belgian Waffles, we will be offering up both!  Chef Jon goes back to his teachings in London to craft his Vanilla and Cinnamon infused French Classic, as well as, the ever so popular Belgian Waffle! Both will be served with whipped butter and warm maple syrup or a fabulous berry blend.

Scrambles

Along with our wonderful fluffy scrambled eggs, two other styles will be available.  We will feature a Pesto Chicken Scramble with Artichoke bottoms, Burgundy Onions, Roasted Red Peppers & Seared Chicken, as well as, our Taos Scramble with Country Ham, Mushrooms, Green Onions, Aged Cheddar, Smoked Jalapenos and Chopped Tomatoes.

Eggs Benedict

Two styles of Omaha’s Best Benedicts will be available.  The popular Classic Benedict with Sliced Canadian Bacon and our NEW Garden Benedict with Sliced Tomatoes, Asparagus & Roasted Red Peppers.  Both topped with perfectly poached eggs and Chef Jon’s Fresh Made sauce Hollandaise
