New signs, a fresh coat of paint and some photos of the old fur shop have begun the transformation, but there’s still a flurry of activity taking place in anticipation of opening our doors. Kitchen equipment is being installed, dining tables are being arranged, and the menu is being fine-tuned. We plan on being open for breakfast and lunch by the end of the month; we’ll post the actual date just as soon as we know.
